Booking Terms and Conditions

Confirmation
Reservations made through the Markos studios website are initially on request. We will confirm availability and request payment within 24 hours of receiving your online booking. After you have confirmed the reservation form we have send you by e-mail, the reservation will be marked as a confirmed booking.

Payment terms
Full amount payable by credit card or cash on the day of arrival or the day after.

Cancellation Fees

• cancellation at least 30 days before arrival date: no charge
• cancellation between 30 and 20 days of arrival: 33% of the total price
• cancellation less than 20 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Special requests
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking. Whilst we will endeavour to meet or pass onto our suppliers any resonable special requests wherever possible, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

Medical or disability problems
We must be advised of any significant medical or disability problems before we can confirm your booking.

Arrival/Departure
Check-in: 14:00
Check-out: 12:00
Earlier check-in and later check-out may be possible - please ask.

Behaviour
The accommodation (and/or its facilities) is provided for the sole use of the persons named and registered with the property owner ON CHECK-IN. Subletting, sharing or assigment is prohibited by Greek law. The property owner reserves the right to terminate the booking of any client who, in their opinion is causing, or is likely to cause, distress, annoyance or danger to any of their other clients or to any third party, or who damages the property, or who in any way harms the manager or their staff. Neither we or the owner will have responsibilty towards such person(s) including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and neither we or the owner will accept liability for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

Animals and pets
Animals and pets are not permitted.

Responsibility for loss or damage
When you book this property, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you and/or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the property owner. If you fail to do this, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made as a result of your actions.
